I also made a thread on another forum for Windows 10 to make sure this isn't some kind of a file association bug, but so far nobody could hepl me out. I've been researching about this issue through Google, but I have not found a single person with the same problem.
My system is clean, organized, updated, optimized, and I have no issues with other games or OS or whatever else. With a file, it is possible to just right-click on it and select "Open With.", but if you right-click on a folder, there is no "Open With." choice.
It's just shown as a folder, not a file - that is all there is to it.
